gnatsperl is a collection of perl modules providing a perl interface to the gnatsd daemon (GNU gnats issue tracking system). It is intended to allow developers to more easily create tie-in applications to gnats. It implements the Net::Gnats namespace in perl, and is available through CPAN (Note: the namespace Net::Gnats is currently pending approval by the perl maintainers, so gnatsperl is not listed in the official module list. However, it still available from CPAN via the usual channels).
